The Pocket Defender Plus is only slightly larger in dimensions that the typical pocket holster, but gives you the added peace of mind of an additional magazine -- an important advantage when relying upon a small caliber pocket auto for defensive needs.

Brown 		The Pocket Defender Plus is easily carried in a typical front pants pocket. The holster is designed for either right or left hand carry. The square shape formed by the gun and magazine help to conceal any printing that may occur, making the holster appear to be a wallet or PDA or similar item. The holster is a two piece construction, with one side exposing the rough side of the leather, so as to create additional friction and help keep the holster in the pocket on the draw.

The Pocket Defender Plus is constructed of high quality leather with double stitching and rivets in key stress points for maximum durability. The retention of the holster in the pocket is a concern for all pocket holsters. The real key to proper retention is a proper draw. The holster can be pushed off with your second finger as the gun is drawn.

Alternatively, you can use a draw stroke that is somewhat back and out of the pocket, so the "tail" of the holster under the grip is caught on the top rear edge of your pocket. Like any other new piece of equipment, you should always practice your draw regularly - with an unloaded weapon!
